Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Album Designer ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Album Designer for personal or commercial photography work, subject to your active subscription plan.

• License is per-user, per-device based on your subscription tier.
• You may activate the Software on the number of devices allowed by your plan.
• License keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Album Designer to design wedding albums, pre-wedding shoots, and event photography templates; export deliverables (PSD, JPG, PDF) for your clients commercially; and use included PSD templates and color LUTs.

4. Prohibited Use

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the Software or its templates.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Bypassing license activation or sharing license keys.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

6. EULA

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Album Designer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
