- You purchased a subscription plan directly from us (not through resellers).
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
2. What is Not Refundable
- Renewal payments after the first 30 days (you can cancel to prevent future renewals).
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
- Accounts terminated due to ToS violations (license sharing, fraud).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@albumdesigner.com from your registered email.
- Include your order ID and reason.
- Our team responds within 24-48 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
4. Free Trial
Album Designer offers a 7-day free trial — you only get charged after the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid any charge.
